Transformation is disruptive. We together act as a cauldron for holding this disruption till re-birth. During the gestation time, this needs to be safe and clean. Even a small act or incident that goes against this will lead me to explode.
I am mad about time and finding a path that is shorter than a straight line. Even small distractions can make me angry.
I need to feel that I am the right person for the work and I need a trustful equation between you, me and the work. If I perceive lack of it, I will discontinue!
I ask too many questions and uncomfortable questions in the first meeting itself. You may find this strange or uncomfortable.
I need to see a very real possibility of positive, sustainable transformation through the work you want me to do. If I don’t, I won’t do the work.
